FONA is proud to announce Engineering and Maintenance Manager Anthony Roach has been honored by Plant Engineering magazine as one of their 2011 Leaders Under 40. This award recognizes individuals who have seized the opportunity to make a difference in manufacturing and represent the promise of the industry’s future. Anthony has been with FONA for nearly one year, and in that time has been integral in introducing maintenance concepts resulting in a 5% reduction in downtime. He is also part of a company leadership team planning for future growth and expansion. “When I became interested in operations management I discovered that with others I could accomplish more than I could when on my own,” says Roach. “I am still challenged to learn more.”
