FONA International Honored as one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness for the 8th Year
Geneva, IL, December 10, 2021 –
FONA International, a McCorrmick & Company creator and manufacturer of complete flavor solutions, has been recognized as a 2021 National Best and Brightest in Wellness winner by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The Best and Brightest in Wellness® celebrates excellence in health awareness by recognizing organizations that promote a culture of wellness to make their business and community a healthier place to live and work. FONA was evaluated by an assessment created and administered by SynBella, the nation’s leading wellness systems firm. Entries were examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment. FONA is among one of over 60 organizations across the country that are being honored as winners from this year’s fall applicants.
