FONA International Inc. will be participating in the 2010 IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo July 17-20 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. FONA International flavor experts will be in booth number 4109, ready to share ideas, information and flavor prototypes. In addition, FONA’s Dr. Robert Sobel will be presenting on flavor encapsulation on July 18. His technical presentation is titled “Optimization of Flavor Encapsulation through Review of Solubility Parameters.” The IFT Expo brings together food industry professionals from around the world to share ideas and information with each other. The latest trends, newest products and scientific innovations are shown at the event.
